We are now in our 3^rd year of breeding alpacas where the herd has grown from 2 x pregnant female alpacas and 1 x female with a cria at foot to 28 alpacas with another 4 more due this year.

By using top quality studs the genetics and fibre of our cria’s are improving each year.

Our herd has improved which has lead to us entering the South West Alpaca Group Spring Show, The British Alpaca Futurity and the Bath and West Show. These have been great opportunity for us to meet other breeders and share each others knowledge and experiences. A bonus came when we were awarded a 2^nd prize at the Bath and West show with our home breed female alpaca. This was a great sense of achievement.

Russlings Farm can now offer agistment, shearing centre and stud services to other alpaca breeders within Wiltshire and the surrounding counties.

We have a selection of pregnant females with cria at foot and young males who are ideal for pets or flock guards for sale.

We started off with limited knowledge but now know and have the confidence to take our business to the highest level and produce high quality animals.
